ok, so what's the spin on Peter MacKay's Stronach/dog remark?

a) MacKay knows dick about dogs, and
b) he's pretty "woofy" himself, if you know what I mean, at least he might have been, before he lost his hair.
 

c) and what about the fact that Afghans come from "Afghanistan?"
